The product

SpeedTeX is a writing and editing tool for LaTeX documents. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing mathematical claims, document content, citations, and submitted work, and for following your institution’s academic-integrity rules.

Hosted lifetime access

A $35 one-time purchase licenses hosted SpeedTeX access to one person on up to three devices. A verified email address ending in .edu receives a 50% education discount, currently $17.50. “Lifetime” means access for the commercial life of the SpeedTeX hosted service, not the purchaser’s natural life or a guarantee of perpetual operation. Hosted access currently includes 500 standard transformation units per calendar month; long or token-heavy document transformations count proportionally. Unused units do not roll over.

Fair use

Hosted access is intended for individual academic and personal document work. You may not share or resell a license, automate bulk workloads, use the service as an API for another product, evade limits, probe security controls, or use it unlawfully. SpeedTeX may rate-limit or suspend abusive use while preserving a reasonable route to contact support.

Refunds

If hosted access does not work as described, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are evaluated in good faith; payment-processor rules and applicable consumer law still apply.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, supported models, and reasonable usage limits may change to maintain security, quality, provider compatibility, or economic viability. Material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated when contact information is available.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpeedTeX is provided without warranties of correctness, fitness, or uninterrupted availability. SpeedTeX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount you paid for SpeedTeX.
